Item Details
Inspection - Prior to participating in the upcoming auction, it is strongly recommended that prospective buyers take the time to inspect the items of interest. A pre-bidding inspection allows buyers to ensure that the items meet their expectations and standards. To facilitate this crucial step, interested parties can schedule an appointment on the 13th of May for a firsthand examination. For availability and to arrange an inspection, kindly contact Katy at Brown Auction House via phone at 405-250-4136. This proactive measure ensures that bidders are well-informed and confident in their decisions as they prepare for the exciting auction event.
Payment
Payment must be made within 24 hours. Seller will automatically run the card on file after 24 hours. Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. A 3% credit card fee will be added for payment made through Credit Card. Checks must be in state and we will need a copy of your driver's license.
Please note that payments over $2500 will need to be wire / ACH.
Payment for Online: Accepted payment methods are credit card and wire transfer
Payment for On-Site: Accepted payment methods are wire transfer, cash, check with driver's license - cashier's check.
Note: We do not accept credit card payments for the On-Site Auction.

AUCTION HOUSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Registration:
• All bidders are required to register before participating in the auction.
• Registration may require providing personal information, identification, and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. Buyer's Premium:
• A buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price. The amount and calculation method will be specified for each auction.
3. Reserve Price:
• Some items may have a reserve price, which is the minimum price at which the item can be sold. If bidding does not reach this price, the item may not be sold.
4. Bidding Increments:
• Bidders must adhere to the specified bidding increments during the auction.
5. Bid Binding:
• Bids placed during the auction are legally binding contracts. If you are the winning bidder, you are obligated to purchase the item at the final bid price.
6. Payment:
• Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion.
• Accepted forms of payment include credit card, check with Oklahoma license, or ACH.
• Any associated transaction fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the bidder.
• NO CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS: Each Bidder agrees to NOT, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges. Bidder further agrees that if Bidder initiates a credit card chargeback, upon Auctioneer’s demand (1) Bidder shall withdraw such credit card chargeback and request the credit card issuer to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer; and (2) Bidder shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including but not limited to any attorney fees incurred by or on behalf of the Auctioneer, in challenging the credit card chargeback.

7. Condition of Items:
• All items are sold "as-is." Bidders are encouraged to inspect items or request condition reports prior to bidding.
• Any guarantees or warranties provided will be explicitly mentioned for specific items.
8. Withdrawal of Items:
• The auction house reserves the right to withdraw items from the auction before bidding starts or at any point if deemed necessary.
9. Winning and Invoicing:
• The winning bidder will be notified via [email/phone] after the auction ends.
• An invoice detailing the final bid amount, buyer's premium, taxes, and fees will be provided.
10. Collection and Shipping:
• We are not offering shipping. You can pick up the items at the location or it can be bidder-arranged. We will help arrange shipping for $100 (additional pallet fee of $100)
11. Defaulting:
• Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in legal action, a penalty, and/or a ban from future auctions.
12. Dispute Resolution:
• Any disputes or discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the auction house within 10 days of the auction's conclusion.
• The auction house's decision in resolving disputes is final.
13. Auctioneer's Authority:
• The auctioneer has the authority to manage the bidding process, settle disputes, and enforce these terms and conditions.
14. Limitation of Liability:
• The auction house is not responsible for errors, omissions, or any issues arising during the auction.
• The auction house's liability is limited to the final bid amount, excluding the buyer's premium.
In relation to the lots offered at the auction, all things are sold "AS IS-WHERE IS" without any assurances or warranties, either stated or implied, statutory or otherwise, of any kind. In particular, but not only, the Auctioneer disclaims any representation or promise that any of the lots comply with any safety, pollution, or hazardous material standards or are appropriate for any given use. The auctioneers, the sellers, or any employee of their staff do not guarantee the validity of any lot or item being auctioned, nor do they attest to its authenticity, its age, year of production, model, make, mileage, hours, condition, or fault. Before placing a bid, bidders are urged to do their own physical inspection and base their decision exclusively on that inspection. Failure to inspect does not relieve the bidder of their obligation to comply with the terms and conditions of the auction.
