Any hydraulic fluid removal and/or oil leaks are the winning bidder's responsibility to remove and clean up. When purchasing any machine that is hardwired or plumbed, purchaser is entitled to the machine and applicable control panel (including, unless otherwise stated, the wiring between the panel and machine). Purchaser will not receive any additional electrical boxes, wiring, piping, breaker boxes, and/or junction boxes. All fluids must be drained and removed from the premises by the purchaser or designated rigging professional in an environmentally friendly fashion as to create no hazard. All disconnections of equipment from utilities (unless otherwise noted) will be made by purchaser at their sole expense and in accordance with all safety rules and regulations; this includes, but is not limited to: capping of electrical wiring, piping, filling in pits and closing of openings to the outside environment. At auctioneer’s sole discretion, a financial deposit may be required to insure that such disconnection from, and repairs to, the structure from which items are being removed are safe and the premises protected from damage or weather intrusion.
