Neat old item. This is from the 1940's we'd guess. Cardboard display measures 7 x 12". Full, with all contents. This was a Prank/ Novelty item, that would hook to a Spark plug, It would smoke, Pop, and Whistle when the Car was started?.Seems like a Good idea, (This might not be thought of as funny nowadays'). The piece is in Excellent condition. It is shrink wrapped for Display/ Protection.
